In support of South African comedy and music, Wildfire sponsors many great local bands including the Springbok Nude Girls, Velve, 3 Bored White Guys, LP Show, Tonight we die, The Tornado’s, Taxi Violence, Fokofpolisiekar and Andy Lund.
Also on our list are comedians Cokey Falkow and Clinton Dunn. Other great and crazy things we get up to are sponsoring local downhill luge skaters, Free style motorX racer Juan Du Plooy, Boogaloos Skate Company and Manuela occasionally does guest tattoo appearances where she actually tattoos live on Kfm radio! (Look at our links page for more info). Also look up articles in recent copies of Sarie, Rooi Rose and Cosmopolitan to get an idea of what South African Journalists have to say about Wildfire Tattoo and our local artists. Twice a year we hold a Wildfire ‘Free entry if you are tattooed’ Party and a collaboration of bands on our sponsorship list play live at a great venue while all the tattooed people party the night away. |
